[Job] The Deets as I am able discuss them...

I apologise in advance for the ugliness of reality in an otherwise beautiful world of music.

The Verbal Assault which nearly escalated to physical violence perpetrated upon me by my fellow officer has once again been neatly swept aside by the tricameral system I find myself enmeshed here as a Roxbury Community College Public Safety Officer hired from talent hosted by [] company.
As the RCC post is helmed by a Police Officer who acts as our Chief, the BPD arm is involved but cannot interfere with [] company business, and both Officer [][] and I are [] company employees.

The outgoing former Accounts Manager, who we were told was no longer the Accounts Manager [][] some months ago, has now positioned herself such that she had nothing official to demand of me, and left no voicemail informing me of any company-obligation to speak with her in this matter, but only once I again went to her via text message and GroupMe published chats in the Officer/Dispatch forum in question, regarding hours for this week and next, was I then blockaded with a strange request to discuss over the phone what had transpired between officer [][] and me on the 19th of September, 2025.
When I mentioned how strange that was, and how I felt compromised -- I requested that we meet in person at the Public Safety Office to discuss the matter which she claims is part of her role as [] company rep, and which Chief [][] has agreed is outside his bounds as an RCC-bonded BPD interface.

In contacting Ms. [][] the outgoing [] company employee regarding these weeks hours, was leveraged to discuss the events of the 19th -- and yes, at the RCC PSOffice would be fine -- ah, but there are no upcoming hours which justify our meeting; to which I replied in the neighbourhood of: 'Oh, then you mustn't be in a great hurry to receive your answers', to which I have received no reply.

Ms. [][] of [] company had prior, taken me aside when I had raised concerns of targeted Othering and she had then pledged to see to it that I would be afforded the opportunity to work in a non-hostile space, to limited degree of responsiveness from my fellow [] company employees.
Then, in prior interactions with the verbally insulting, and crowd-inciting Officer [][], I had once again gone to Ms. [][] of [] company, and she nervously, again, said that she would resolve the matter, which, due to my undefined-level of forbearance I glossed over the acrimonious behaviour of officer [][] in our daily dealings and at least once on the occasion when I had a Weekday Events Detail which fell under his shift as Dispatch Officer of the 3 PM to 11 PM Second Shift.  No real change in his behaviour except a decline in amiability, and peaking at the same time as my declaration in song, here, to you, Marissa, of my, "Flame Burns Brighter Than Any Star", Officer [][] began to become increasingly arrogant and acerbic towards me with agitated displays of ill-tempered and barely concealed contempt for me as I would return from my shift to find him at his post as the next shift's Dispatch Officer where  verbal and posturing barbs as well as his characteristic incitement of other fellow Officers to join his efforts -- which, this last time, to the credit of the men of 2nd Shift, often overseen by Ms. [][] of [] company, were not as eagerly drawn into the debasing of my person with eruptions of laughter and clapping at Officer [][]'s barbs as I would edge past him to return my radio to the recharge cradle in the server room behind the Dispatch desk.

So the events of 19th September are not without precedent, nor out of the blue, and well within my role as a fellow employee of [] company as well as my duty at the officer at the [] center where the event transpired.

No hours have yet been forthcoming from Ms. [][], outgoing [] company employee in the ambiguous role she still plays at the RCC Public Safety Office.

I do declare this to be an honest account of the events and milieu of my employment at the RCC post.

Postscript, no mention of anything regarding my mandatory report to [][] of [] company, or Chief [][] of the BPD has come to my attention, despite the fact that I served directly under Chief [][] at this weekend's Jiu Jitsu tournament on Saturday when he and I interacted on multiple occasions throughout the day.  I did receive clarification of his non-involvement with [] company politics, and that Ms. [][] was still the [] company rep in this matter and he agreed that a face to face at the RCC Public Safety Office was alright and good practise.
