First and Last month rent paid.  Met the guy with whom I'll be sharing the bathroom; seems nice enough; also seems as though the Landlord realised it was weird otherwise.  I'm feeling more positive about the place this second visit.

Going today to pay my move-in rent for a basement room with transit by the other renters to access laundry facilities on the other side of my door; I share my bathroom with a man I haven't met and we both have independent access to the basement via a side door.

This is an interesting chapter in my life.
