I think it has been 30 years since I last heard MINISTRY's, The Mind Is A Terrible Thing To Taste.
I'm correcting that as I write this.
This and Skinny Puppy's entire discography prepared me for Witch House's content, which is like easy-listening in comparison to those two.

The Mind is in second-place for those stress-relieving albums, after Misfits' Earth AD.
