[Job] Marcus Garvey

I was security for the 3rd Annual Marcus Garvey Day Commemorative Celebration, which opened with an African Folk Religious ceremony to mark the man's passing and to celebrate his life.

I was favoured to receive a beef patty (deliciously spiced), -- and out of necessity of my presence and job, -- had occasion to speak with the Marxist Black Separatist organiser and chief speaker.

His auditorium speech centred around the unmet need for Diaspora Educational Opportunity which didn't draw from Coloniser, and/or, Collaborator, sources of the Mainstream.  There were mentions of other Marxist struggle-organisations abroad, more than one sounded Muslim, and the speaker did make a direct reference to his Comrade in Somalia.

Roxbury Community College is easily the most diverse place I have ever worked.

The rain shower was beautifully, coppery-golden-lit, as the sun westered behind the Admin Building.
