I had trialed Nebula for free and was watching, Producing a Pop Song, taught by Sarah Feldman (SoundsGood), when I got to a point in the 3rd of 7 episodes where she was explaining what writing a song meant to her, her method, and, how.  -- I had to stop it.

I was simultaneously polling myself, and thinking of what you and I had discussed, as well as other conversations you have had on interviews regarding your various methods on different songs by album and era...

I won't speak for you, in this regard or any other, but as I took stock of my own mentality, I just felt so unlike Feldman...
I wrote the bulk of my lyrics prior to, 'Perfect 10', intellectually, trying to distill the essence of my thought(s) into as few words as possible.  With skill, I learnt to arrange them more syllabically-consonant, in a rolling structure, and tried not to be too clever a rhyme, but -- as you know -- didn't always stop myself.  Then, with, 10, I just relaxed my brain after the hard day I'd had and let the images tumble out.

It has made all the difference.

So, once again, my Love, I have you to thank for inspiring me to evolve.
